Receive parcels from delivery companies (DHL, UPS, etc.) and confirm they arrive without damage.
Forward parcels to specified addresses per instructions.

During your first month, payments are issued weekly, and starting from the second month, they are made bi-monthly.

No, you won’t have to cover any costs during the hiring process or while working. All necessary work-related expenses are covered by our company, and at no point will you be asked to make any financial contributions.

You’ll handle a variety of goods, ranging from clothing and cosmetics to electronics. Electronics are often the most common items due to their popularity with clients. You are allowed to open packages to check and photograph the contents, which is often requested by clients for order verification.

You’ll receive packages from a wide array of stores, including major online platforms like Amazon and eBay, as well as specialty retailers like Victoria’s Secret, Farfetch, and Rituals. This variety ensures your work remains dynamic and engaging.

Not necessarily. Often, packages will be addressed to your location but intended for one of our clients. This is because some stores require the recipient’s name to match the account holder’s name, and orders placed under different names are more prone to cancellations and additional checks.

Most packages will be delivered directly to your home by courier services like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. In some cases, you may need to pick up packages from local pickup points or lockers, which we will arrange to be as convenient as possible for you.

The number of packages varies by region, but typically, you’ll handle around 50 to 70 packages per month. This workload allows us to optimize efficiency while ensuring you can manage your tasks effectively.

The job offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to coordinate delivery times with courier services. It’s important to be home when packages arrive so you can take pictures and inspect their contents. The daily time commitment is minimal, primarily involving receiving packages, recording their details, and preparing them for shipment.

Deadlines may vary depending on circumstances like receiving client instructions or requests for shipment delays. Generally, once you receive a notification to send a package, we expect it to be dispatched within two days to maintain our commitment to fast service.

Sending packages is straightforward and depends on the courier service used. You’ll need to visit the local branch of the courier service to dispatch the package. If you’re unfamiliar with the process, we’ll guide you through it. Sometimes, you’ll receive prepaid labels to affix to packages, and in other cases, we may transfer funds to cover shipping costs in advance.

You are only held responsible for the loss of packages if it is due to your intentional actions. In cases where damage occurs during delivery or before you receive the package, you won’t be held accountable. Our goal is to ensure the safety and reliability of the entire process.

You’ll primarily be sending packages to Eastern European countries, where our clients are based.

After successfully passing an interview and background check, you`ll sign a Cooperation Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Non-Competition Agreement, and a Material Liability Agreement. These documents are designed to ensure your rights are protected and to establish a secure, transparent working relationship.
